The Magic of Salt...
Where salt is sourced determines the various healing properties, energetic vibration, traditional practices and lore surrounding salt.
Dead Sea Salt is solar dried from the saline marshes of the confined Dead Sea, exalted by the Ancient Egyptians.
This salt contains numerous key elements and has proven to be one of the best therapeutic salts available. Ultra-rich in magnesium this type of salt improves skin barrier function, enhances skin hydration, and reduces inflammation, supporting cleansing, detoxifying, and restorative functions of the skin and muscles.
Pink Himalayan Salt is a rock salt mined from the Punjab region of Pakistan. Believed to be over 250 million years old Ancient oceans deposited these salts when the Himalaya mountains were being formed. Contains trace minerals such as calcium, iron, zinc, chromium, magnesium, and sulfate. Advocates say that Himalayan salt has high vibrational energy and is able to create a type of calming effect, feelings of contentment, spiritual well-being and opening of the heart chakra.
Epsom Salt is not technically a salt as there is no sodium chloride in Epsom salts. Magnesium sulfate is the active compound, a naturally occurring mineral sourced from Epsom in Surrey, England. Epsom Salt helps stabilize mood and relieve stress, anxiety and depression, helps relax muscles and relieve pain, supports the detoxification process. Epsom Salts should not be taken internally**
You can add any herbs that you like based on your intention for the ritual. In our Rosemary-Lavender Ritual Soaking Salts we use finely ground garden grown Rosemary and Lavender chosen for protection, purification and peace.
Rosemary is masculine in nature and ruled by the sun. Rosemary was traditionally used to ward off evil spirits and nightmares, protect and purify the body and mind. Rosemary is said to stimulate the mind and memory and soaking in a ritual bath of Rosemary will make you more memorable to anyone that you meet.
Rosemary will increase circulation, relieve aches and pains and warm the limbs. It works to bring blood to the surface of the skin and acts as an antiseptic and astringent. Using Rosemary will help clear skin impurities, heal rashes and skin blemishes.

A powerful herb in offering calmness and serenity, Lavender is both relaxing and uplifting all at once making it a choice to add to any bath as it will support stress and ease mild anxiety and depression.
