Dirt Witch is a small independently owned artisan company. Products are hand-crafted, formulated and designed by herbalist and creatrix, Jacqueline McClure. Wholesale accounts are electively offered to other small businesses, curators and collaborators who share Dirt Witch ethics and standards in; quality of product/service, craftsmanship, environmental stewardship and employment models. No eBay stores, eBay affiliates, Amazon sellers or any online auction or at swap meets and the like will be approved.
I do offer sample/trial sets for prospective wholesalers. If this interests you please submit an application and email me at wholesale@dirtwitch.net. Pre-qualified accounts will be sent a sample package of select products.
PRODUCTS:
The wholesale program offers 50% off select products. The wholesale collection consists of the Dirt Witch handcrafted body care line, no third party products. The wholesale collection is subject to change without notice.
PRICING:
Items must be priced at least MSRP at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change. There will be no sales tax or additional fees charged. All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted.
NO additional COUPON CODES ALLOWED on wholesale orders.
ORDERING:
Once your application is processed, you will be able to log in and shop the entire wholesale collection. Product availability is subject to change.
- Order minimum is $250.
- Quantity minimum is 6 per product listing.
Wholesale orders may not be combined with ANY other offer. Wholesale orders may not use coupon codes. If coupon codes are used, your order will be CANCELLED. All orders must be paid in full before order will be shipped
SELLING:
Items must be priced at least MSRP at the time of purchase. Items must be sold on a secure & privately hosted website or in a privately owned brick & mortar store. Items may not be sold on 3rd party websites such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Walmart, etc. Original packaging must remain on product when sold. Sales: Discounts may never exceed 25% off MSRP. Sales must be clearly marked as a 'limited time offer' with exact dates, never exceeding 1 week. MSRP must be clearly visible.
SHIPPING:
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout by volume and destination of the order. Choosing the appropriate shipping method is the sole responsibility of the buyer. International orders can take additional time to arrive due to customs/imports/other factors. Consider this when selecting your shipping method. We are not responsible for package delays due to postal service error/international customs.
RETURNS:
Returns are not accepted for wholesale orders. All sales are final. Please contact me with any questions or concerns. If there are any product issues that have occurred during manufacturing and/or shipping, please contact us and we will work on a resolution.
DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS:
Damages or missing products must be reported within 5 business days of shipment arrival. Please provide order number and photos including interior AND exterior packaging, shipping label and damaged goods with invoice in view to wholesale@dirtwitch.net. Dirt Witch is not responsible for damages to goods incurred while shipping to third party customers. When shipping our products, properly package with recyclable padding.
PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to make your order. You will receive an email with tracking once your order has been shipped.
RUSHING ORDERS: Please contact us at wholesale@dirtwitch.net to see if your order qualifies for rush processing. A 10% charge will be added to rush an order.
INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTS:
Approval for international accounts is limited. International orders are subject to additional importation fees and taxes that may be incurred by their country. Please contact your local customs and import offices prior to placing your order as we are not responsible for additional fees incurred by customs/importation/VAT. International MSRP pricing: Items must be priced to at least the converted MSRP at the time of purchase rounded up to the nearest dollar. Please contact us if you would like the current MSRP pricing list for your country. Shipping for international orders can take longer due to customs. Consider this when selecting your shipping method at checkout.

What is Prop 65?
California Proposition 65 is a labeling regulation. It primarily pertains to labeling requirements for products aimed at California consumers and should not be confused with any FDA or nationally applicable health and safety standard.
The Prop 65 regulation mandates that even if a product is deemed safe for consumption, it must carry a consumer warning. Notably, the threshold for triggering a warning label related to these substances in dietary supplements is extremely low.
For instance, even a minuscule amount of lead can prompt the inclusion of this warning.
Lead is a naturally occurring element found in the environment, present in our air, soil, water, and food crops. The threshold for this warning under Proposition 65 is significantly lower than the level associated with actual reproductive harm. Due to the stringent nature of Prop 65 warning thresholds, it's not unusual to encounter such warnings in various places across California, including restaurants, hotels, schools, grocery stores, hospitals, and more.
It's essential to clarify that Proposition 65 is specific to California and doesn't serve as a national standard concerning product health and safety. No other state enforces a labeling regulation of this kind, and products sold to residents in the other 49 states do not require this warning.
However, because we both ship to California and have stockists within the state or online sellers who serve California, we believe it's a prudent practice to include the warning on our products.
